The search for a missing Utah tech CEO has been called off after police found her body in a car in a south San Jose neighborhood. Erin Valenti, the 33-year-old CEO of Tinker Ventures, was last heard from Monday on her way to the San Jose airport, according to a Facebook page set up by her husband, Harrison Weinstein, to help find her. Advertisement Valenti never returned her rental car or made it onto her flight, Weinstein said, and there was no activity on her debit or credit cards. “I would like to emphasize how out of character this would be for Erin," he wrote Saturday. "While she is adventurous, she is not foolhardy and would never intentionally be out of contact with her family.” Valenti’s body was found inside a parked car in San Jose late Saturday, according to the San Jose Police Department. A cause of death is pending a coroner’s investigation. “While we were praying for a different outcome, we are so appreciative for the help and support you have given,” a note on the Facebook page reads. “Please remember Erin as the beautiful, smart, funny woman that she was.”
