I work at a car rental company in Birmingham Alabama. We use self installed backup and front cameras for cars so we can see what happened in case of an accident. We only look at footage if something happened. The man who rented the car had an scratch on the right side of the car so we looked at the footage and saw this. He drove against the crash barrier seen in the background of the video. That's why I believe it was his daughters fault for some reason.
It's unnecessary to spank your daughter with a belt for a car scratch in PUBLIC, especially her age. This is still legal in Alabama and it has to stop. How can something like this be legal, I don't understand. I didn't show the part of the spanking because of the youtube guidelines and respect to the girl.
It's not illegal to upload because the company has the right of using their footage how they want as an accident happened. (And you can't see or hear them)
